Condo inspections typically take slightly less time to complete, but are non the less important than a single family home. There are still HVAC systems, appliances and firewall/insulation requirements which can vary.
Other systems and areas of a condo are considered common property meaning they are the responsibility of the condo association, such as the roof, siding, decks, porches and driveways, and we can go into more detail during the inspection, specific to your property.
