Level 1 Package Mold Inspection – $275:
Our base Level 1 mold inspection is designed to identify the presence of mold contamination and typically used in real estate transactions. This package is excellent for establishing the level of mold exposure, mold risk factors, extent of damage, and helps answer that question – “do I have mold in my house?”.
Level 1 Mold Inspection includes:
Interior and exterior inspection to identify problem areas or areas of concern.
HVAC and Ductwork Inspection
Interior and exterior Temperature, Relative humidity & indoor CO2 readings.
FLIR Thermal imagery where needed.
Moisture readings (if applicable)
Samples analyzed by certified microbiological labs which provide a formal written report of the findings.

2 Microbiology Air Samples (AOC’s)
1 HVAC Swab Sample
Additional Air and swab samples can be added – $55 per additional sample.
Level 2 Package Mold Inspection – $385:
Our Level 2 Mold inspection not only identifies the mold contamination, but the toxins as well. Establishing mold sickness and environmental health issues as well as the associated toxin levels.
Level 2 Mold Inspection includes:
Interior and exterior inspection to identify problem areas or areas of concern.
HVAC and Ductwork Inspection
Interior and exterior Temperature, Relative humidity & indoor CO2 readings.
FLIR Thermal imagery where needed.
Moisture readings (if applicable)
